Description

The Suntec J 7 NCK 1001 8P burner pump is a high-performance equipment for industrial boiler plants. It is used to supply a mixture of biodiesel fuel B10, diesel fuel, kerosene, fuel oil and other fuels with a viscosity of up to 75 cSt to the nozzle. The pumping rate depends on the pressure and viscosity characteristics of the pumped medium, and is 355 l/h at 20 bar and 20 cSt.

The Suntec J pump is designed for use:

  • in single-pipe and two-pipe systems;

  • for pumping medium-viscosity fuel;

  • in installations with an external solenoid valve.

Operating principle

The gear mechanism is the main unit of the pump, which takes the greatest load. When rotating, it sucks fuel from the tank and supplies it to the pressure regulating valve, and then to the nozzle line. At the inlet to the pump cavity, the fuel is freed from rust, debris, sand and other abrasive particles using a filter, which eliminates jamming and damage to the working unit.

Fuel that does not reach the injector is sent to the return line in a 2-pipe connection or returned to the suction line in single-pipe units. In the basic assembly, a bypass plug is screwed into the drain channel hole. With a single-pipe wiring scheme, the bypass plug should be removed and the hole closed with a steel plug.

Air exhaust

Automatic exhaust of excess air through the return line is provided. When using the Suntec J 7 NCK 1001 8P burner pump in a single-pipe system, excess air is released through the open port of the pressure gauge.
