Description

The Suntec E 7 NC 1070 7P pump is designed for high-temperature exposure, pumps fuel with a temperature of up to +130ºC. This model shows high feed capacity - 360 l / h at a pressure of 20 bar and a viscosity of 20 cSt. Universal equipment is used to work with diesel fuel, fuel oil, biodiesel fuel mixture B20. The pump is equipped with a pressure regulating valve with a locking function. The fuel heater simplifies the start of the burner, for the installation of which a landing place is provided.

Features

  • The pump design is designed for increased loads, intensive use and high-temperature exposure. In the manufacture of the pump, special seals are used for safe pumping of heated fuel.

  • The gears move the fuel to the nozzle, protected from early wear and damage by a 550 µm filter. Abrasive particles such as sand, dirt and rust do not penetrate into the device, they are filtered out at the inlet.

  • A special feature of this model is the presence of a special place for installing an electric heater. The heating device liquefies the fuel, reducing the load on the working mechanism, which contributes to a quick start and long service life of the equipment. The heater must be turned on in advance to heat the fuel to the optimum temperature.

  • The pressure regulating valve simultaneously performs the shut-off function. At the factory, the pump is set to 20 bar. The feed pressure can be adjusted in the range of 14-30 atmospheres.

  • In the basic version, the pump is ready for integration into a 2-pipe system. If there is no return line, the bypass plug should be removed and the drain point should be plugged.

  • Unused fuel is returned to the tank or to the gear pair, according to the pipeline layout diagram.

  • Standard ports are provided in the housing for connecting the pressure gauge and vacuum gauge.
