Description

The Suntec J 4 CCC 1000 5P fuel pump is designed for installation in burners of many manufacturers when forming boiler installations with a capacity of no more than 3000 kW. This is a basic model, supplied with a nozzle pressure control valve and a shut-off function. The capacity (146 l/h at a viscosity of 5 cSt and a pressure of 20 atm.) is sufficient for heating industrial, commercial and warehouse premises.

Design and features

In the manufacturer's package, the pump is ready for installation in a 2-pipe distribution system. A bypass plug is installed in the return line opening. It must be removed and then block the drain channel if the unit is used in single-pipe designs.

A special feature of this model is the conical thread on the ports of the control and measuring devices, nozzle and pipeline outlets.

The pump is set at 12 atm from the factory, but this value can be changed in the range of 10-21 bar by turning the screw regulator left and right. The pressure control valve locks the flow. The main functional unit responsible for moving fuel from the tank to the injector is a gear mechanism. For its long service life, the manufacturer has provided protection in the form of a 170 micron mesh filter.

Important! Regularly disassemble the filter and clean the mesh insert from dirt and debris. At the same time, change the cover gasket.
