Oil Burner Pumps
Products code: 61742

Description

The Suntec J 4 PCC 1000 8P burner pump is part of a series with a pressure regulating valve and a shut-off function. It is built into industrial liquid fuel combustion systems for injection onto the nozzle under pressure up to 21 bar. It is characterized by high efficiency, reliable performance, resistance to wear, intensive loads, and elevated fuel temperatures.

The Suntec J pump is applicable for:

  • single-pipe and two-pipe systems;

  • working with medium-viscosity fuel;

  • installations with an external solenoid valve.

Working environment and performance

The liquid fuel pump pumps diesel fuel and medium-viscosity fuel under high pressure (up to 21 bar). The flow rate depends on the set supply pressure and the viscosity of the working environment. It is 146 l/h at the parameters: 20 bar and 5 cSt.

Features and main characteristics:

  • J series with a valve that performs 2 functions: pressure regulation and shut-off;

  • in the basic assembly - for operation on two pipes (the plug is inserted into the drain hole);

  • fuel injection to the injector under a pressure of 10-21 bar, by default - 12 bar;

  • wear-resistant working mechanism that moves fuel to the injector;

  • fuel temperature inside the pump: 0 ... + 90 ° C;

  • removal of abrasive particles and impurities from the fuel with a size of 170 µm;

  • flange connection method, diameter 54 mm;

  • threaded holes NPTF for suction pipe and return drain;

  • inlet / outlet pressure - up to 1.5 bar;

  • ports for connecting measuring instruments;

  • installation in any position (do not allow load on the axle);

  • automatic removal of excess air in a 2-pipe system.

Operation of the Suntec J 4 PCC 1000 8P burner pump

The gear mechanism of the pump moves fuel from the tank to the nozzle line. Before feeding to the pressure control valve, mechanical particles that can cause jamming of the gears are removed from the fuel. For efficient operation of the pump, it is necessary to regularly service the mesh filter. Fuel that does not reach the nozzle moves to the return line pipe or to the suction, depending on the characteristics of the system (two-pipe / single-pipe).

Application

The burner pump is used in liquid fuel burners of most European manufacturers (Oilon, Elco, Weishaupt, etc.).
