Description

The Suntec J 4 CCC 1003 5P burner pump is used in liquid fuel systems to pump fuel to the injector under pressure up to 21 bar. It is part of a series of pumps with a built-in pressure regulating valve, without a shut-off function. It is characterized by high reliability, resistance to high temperatures, and wear. To protect the gear mechanism from damage and jamming, the pump is equipped with a mesh filter that holds back all foreign impurities larger than 170 microns.

  • installation in any position, excluding pressure on the axis;

  • automatic relief of excess pressure in systems with a return line;

When using the Suntec J 4 CCC 1003 5P burner pump in a single-pipe system, it is necessary to prepare it: unscrew the bypass plug with a 3/16" socket wrench and close the drain hole.
