Description
The Suntec J 4 PCC 1003 8P burner pump is an efficient piece of equipment for assembling industrial boiler units. It is used to supply liquid fuel under high pressure to the nozzle. The injection rate depends on the pressure and viscosity characteristics of the pumped medium and is 146 l/h at 20 bar and 5 cSt.
The Suntec J pump is designed for use:
in two-pipe systems (basic assembly) and single-pipe units;
for supplying medium-viscosity fuel to combustion;
in systems with an external electromagnetic valve.
Operating principle
The main working element - a gear mechanism sucks fuel from the tank and moves it to the pressure regulating valve. After bringing the pressure to the specified value, the fuel passes to the nozzle line. The working fluid is preliminarily cleaned of rust, debris, sand and other abrasive inclusions using a mesh detachable filter installed at the pump inlet. Fuel that does not reach the injector passes into the return line in a 2-pipe system or returns to the suction in a single-pipe system. In the basic version, a plug is placed in the bypass hole. With a single-pipe pipeline, the plug must be removed and the drain closed with a steel plug.
Features and benefits:
model with a pressure regulating valve with a shut-off function;
fuel supply under pressure of 10-21 bar, basic setting - 12 bar;
increased resistance to temperature effects;
pumping fuel at temperatures up to +90 °C;
connection using a flange with a diameter of 54 mm;
removal of coarse particles from the fuel from 170 µm;
threaded connection of the suction, return line;
outlets for pressure measuring devices;
the ability to install in any convenient position, excluding the load on the axle;
inlet/outlet pressure - 1.5 bar.
Air Bleed
The pump is designed to automatically bleed excess air through the return line. When using the Suntec J 4 PCC 1003 8P torch pump in single pipe systems, excess air is bleed through the open port of the pressure gauge.
