Description

For assembly of heating systems for industrial and large residential premises, we offer to buy the Suntec J 6 CAC 1000 5P fuel pump. The device supplies 226 liters of fuel with a viscosity of 5 cSt under a pressure of 20 atm to the nozzle every hour. Due to the standard installation method, it is suitable for equipping branded medium-power burners Lamborghini, Baltur, Ecoflam, Oilon, Weishaupt and other brands. The working environment is diesel fuel and other types of fuel with a viscosity of 2-75 cSt.

Design features

The pump is equipped with a control valve that maintains the pressure at a given level in the range of 10-21 bar and locks the flow. To change the pressure parameters, a screw regulator is located on the body. When adjusting, use a pressure gauge so as not to break the equipment.

The main working mechanism is a pair of gears designed for intensive use and long-term operation. In order to prevent jamming of the gear device, the pumped fuel is cleaned by a built-in filter with a 170 µm mesh and a working area of ​​45 cm². The filter must be systematically cleaned of dirt with a soft brush and clean diesel fuel. Do not forget to change the cover gasket at each maintenance.

The Suntec J 6 CAC 1000 5P pump has a conical thread for connecting a pressure gauge, vacuum gauge and fuel line.

The factory version of the pump is suitable for 2-pipe systems. When assembling a structure without a return line, the bypass plug must be replaced with a steel one, blocking the fuel drain channel.

Operating principle

The gear mechanism, when rotating, pumps out the working fluid from the tank. The fuel passes through the filter, the control valve, and then under pressure to the injector. Excess fuel is drained into the tank (with a 2-pipe connection) or directed to the gear teeth (1-pipe system).
