Description

The Suntec J 6 CCC 1000 5P fuel pump is a basic model with a pressure regulation valve in the range of 10-21 atm. and a shut-off function. The capacity is 226 l/h at a viscosity of 5 cSt. and a pressure setting of 20 bar. This equipment is suitable for completing medium-power burners operating on diesel fuel and medium-viscosity fuel. The pump parameters allow it to be used as part of boiler units for heating industrial and commercial premises.

Design and characteristics

The pump is made in a heat-resistant design, the maximum temperature of the pumped liquid is +90 degrees. High-strength materials were used in the manufacture of the device.

In the basic assembly, the pump is ready for connection to a 2-pipe system - a bypass plug is mounted in the return line hole. It should be unscrewed and the hole closed if the unit is used in single-pipe installations.

The pump is set to 12 atm. This parameter can be changed using the screw regulator, turning it clockwise (pressure increases) or counterclockwise (pressure decreases). When adjusting the pressure, use a pressure gauge.

Suntec J 6 CCC 1000 5P is connected to the engine in a standard way (according to EN 225) - using a flange with a diameter of 54 mm. This format is supported by many burner manufacturers, so the pump is a universal component for heating systems.

The gear mechanism is protected from abrasive particles - a filter with a working area of 45 cm² and a cleaning depth of 170 microns is located in the suction line. The mesh prevents sand, rust and dirt from penetrating into the device.

This model has a conical thread for connecting measuring instruments and a fuel line.

Operating principle

The gear pair sucks fuel from the tank, moves it to the valve regulating the pressure, and then to the nozzle. Unused working fluid passes through the drain channel into the tank (if the design has 2 pipes) or to the suction line (in 1-pipe systems).

The pump is popular among consumers due to:

  • highly efficient feed (226 l/h);

  • increased reliability and heat resistance (liquid temperature in the pump up to +90 ºC);

  • the ability to adjust the pressure taking into account the tasks (10-21 bar);

  • standard method of connection to the engine (EN 225);

  • built-in filter of 170 microns;

  • locking function of the control valve;

  • versatility - suitable for pumping diesel fuel and medium-viscosity fuel.

Before buying the Suntec J 6 CCC 1000 5P fuel pump, read the manufacturer's instructions for operating conditions (in the attached file). On the website, you can order equipment and accessories at an affordable price - for example, an electromagnetic valve for automating the fuel supply mode to the burner.
