Description

We offer an affordable solution for equipping medium-power burners - the Suntec J 6 CCC 1001 5P fuel pump with increased reliability and heat resistance. The model is equipped with a valve that regulates the supply pressure in the range of 10-21 bar. A locking function is provided. The pump is suitable for boiler units operating on diesel fuel and medium-viscosity fuel (up to 75 cSt).

Features and design

The main functional unit - the gear mechanism is protected from wear by a built-in filter. The mesh insert holds foreign impurities of 170 microns or more in size, preventing them from penetrating inside the device. Regular cleaning of the mesh from dirt and replacement of the cover gasket are required.

The basic version involves installing the Suntec J 6 CCC 1001 5P pump in a system with two pipes. When choosing a single-pipe connection scheme, it is necessary to remove the bypass plug from the drain hole and completely close the channel.

The valve regulates the pressure and ensures the fuel supply is stopped/started. Automatic pumping of the working fluid can be implemented by installing an external electromagnetic valve (optional).

The pressure is adjusted using the regulator located on the body. By turning the screw left and right, you can change the factory setting (12 bar) within 10-21 atmospheres. To avoid pump failure, use a pressure gauge.
