Oil Burner Pumps
Products code: 61745

Description

The Suntec J 6 PAC 1002 8P burner pump efficiently pumps diesel and medium-viscosity fuels under high pressure when operating industrial liquid fuel systems. It is equipped with a pressure regulator and a detachable mesh filter. Due to the presence of a bypass hole in the nozzle line, the shut-off function is not available in this model. To interrupt the flow, it is necessary to install an external solenoid valve. The capacity depends on the set parameters of pressure and viscosity of the medium. It is 226 l/h at 20 bar and 5 cSt.

The Suntec J pump is used:

  • in systems with a single-pipe or two-pipe configuration;

  • for working with medium-viscosity liquid fuel;

  • in systems with an external solenoid valve with a shut-off function.

Basic assembly

The pump in the standard assembly is designed to work on two pipes. A bypass plug is installed at the outlet to the return line. Air is bleeded automatically through the return line hole in 2-pipe systems. When used in single-pipe configuration systems, the bypass plug must be removed and the fuel drain hole must be sealed. In this case, the pressure gauge port must be opened to release air.

Features and benefits:

  • J series with pressure regulating valve (without shut-off);

  • resistance to elevated temperatures, fuel t inside the pump: 0...+90 °C;

  • flow cleaning with a filter at the inlet, area - 97 cm², holes - 170 μm;

  • flange connection, diameter 54 mm;

  • conical thread ¼ inch NPTF for suction pipe and return drain;

  • fuel pressure at the inlet/outlet - up to 1.5 bar;

  • outlets for connecting additional equipment and taking pressure readings;

  • fixation in any orientation, excluding the load on the axle.

Suntec J 6 PAC 1002 8P burner pump operation

The gears are responsible for moving the fuel. The working fluid is sucked from the tank, passed through the built-in filter to the pressure regulating valve. Then the fuel is pumped to the nozzle under the required pressure. Thanks to the mesh filter, the gear pair is not damaged by abrasive particles. It is necessary to promptly remove dirt from the mesh for normal pump operation.

Application

The Suntec burner pump is used to equip diesel, fuel oil, kerosene burners from different manufacturers (Oilon, Elco, Weishaupt, etc.). The design is designed for intensive industrial use, high fuel temperatures, and long service life.
