Description

The Suntec J 6 PCC 1002 8P burner pump is designed to equip industrial liquid fuel burners. It pumps fuel to the nozzle line under pressure up to 21 bar. It is included in the series with a pressure regulating valve. The pump is equipped with a dismountable filter for cleaning the flow from abrasive particles. There is a bypass hole in the nozzle line, so there is no shut-off function. An external electromagnetic valve is used to interrupt the flow.

The Suntec J pump is used for:

  • 1-pipe and 2-pipe systems;

  • work with medium-viscosity fuel;

  • installations with an external electromagnetic valve.

Working environment and performance

The liquid fuel pump is used for diesel fuel and medium-viscosity fuel. Performance varies taking into account the viscosity of petroleum products and the specified pressure parameters (reaches 226 l/h at 5 cSt / 20 bar).

Pump design

The Suntec J 6 PCC 1002 8P burner pump is factory-fitted for 2-pipe connection. The pampas plug is placed in the return line opening. In a single-pipe system, the bypass plug should be unscrewed with a key and the fuel return channel should be blocked.

A pair of gears sucks fuel from the tank and pushes it out onto the injector line. To protect the gear mechanism, a filter is installed that holds back debris and impurities. The mesh insert must be regularly cleaned of dirt to maintain the pump's performance.
