Description

The Suntec J 6 PCK 1002 8P burner pump is equipped with a wear-resistant gear mechanism and a mesh filter for additional protection of the gear pair from abrasive particles. Pumps diesel fuel and medium-viscosity fuel under pressure up to 30 bar. The pump is equipped with a pressure regulating valve without a shut-off function. An external solenoid valve is installed separately on the injector line.

  • automatic removal of excess air with a 2-pipe connection;

  • pressure in the suction pipe and return line - no more than 1.5 bar.

Design

The Suntec J 6 PCK 1002 8P burner pump is powered by an engine with a maximum shaft speed of 3600 rpm. The working unit that moves the fuel from the tank to the nozzle is a wear-resistant gear mechanism. The mesh filter removes abrasive particles and impurities. Additionally, the manufacturer recommends installing a separate filter after the pump to protect subsequent devices from damage.
