Description

The Suntec J 7 CAC 1001 4P fuel pump stands out in the line with its maximum performance and functionality. Every hour, the device pumps 287 liters of fuel with a viscosity of 5 cSt under a pressure of 20 atmospheres. The basic model is supplied complete with a control valve, which also performs a shut-off function. Installation location - in medium-power burners, up to 3000 kW.

Features and design

  • This pump has a heat-resistant design, the maximum fuel temperature can reach +90 degrees.

  • Using a screw regulator, the pressure can be adjusted to meet current needs. The permissible adjustment range is 10-21 atmospheres. Adjustment must be carried out under the control of a pressure gauge.

  • For connecting measuring instruments, a standard cylindrical thread is provided, according to ISO 228/1.

  • A serviceable filter with a wide cleaning area - 45 cm² is built into the design. It does not allow sand, rust, and debris of 170 microns in size to pass through, protecting the gear mechanism from jamming and premature wear. During operation, it is necessary to regularly wash the filter from dirt and change the cover gasket.

  • In the basic assembly version, the pump is ready for a two-pipe connection - a bypass plug is installed in the return line hole. It must be removed, and then the drain channel must be closed when using the unit in installations with one pipe.

  • The Suntec J 7 CAC 1001 4P model has a universal connection method to the engine, supported by most burner manufacturers (EN 225 standard).

Operating principle

The gear pair pumps fuel out of the tank and moves it to the control valve, and then to the nozzle. Excess fuel is returned to the tank or to the suction line, depending on the choice of the wiring diagram.
