Description

The Suntec J 7 PAC 1001 8P burner pump is used in liquid fuel systems for high-pressure injection of medium-viscosity and diesel fuel to the injector. Adapted for a two-pipe connection, but can also be built into systems without a return line after replacing the bypass plug with a blind one. The gear mechanism is protected from jamming by a mesh filter that holds all foreign impurities at the pump inlet. The kit includes a pressure regulating valve with a locking function. An electromagnetic valve is not provided (an external device is used).

  • ports for a pressure gauge and vacuum gauge and correct equipment adjustment;

  • the ability to mount in any position, excluding the load on the axle;

  • automatic release of excess air with a 2-pipe connection;

  • pressure in the suction pipe and return line is not higher than 1.5 bar.

The Suntec J 7 PAC 1001 8P burner pump is designed for long-term operation and significant loads. It is necessary to regularly clean the filter from contaminants to avoid a decrease in productivity and overload.
