Description

The Suntec J 7 CCC 1001 4P fuel pump is a high-performance device for feeding fuel to medium-power burners. The optimal solution for boiler installations used to heat industrial and commercial premises. Due to the use of the European standard EN 225, the model is suitable for equipping equipment from many manufacturers, including Elco, Lamborghini, Baltur, Weishaupt, etc. The feed rate is 287 l / h when the pressure is set to 20 atm.

Features and design

The pump is supplied complete with a valve that regulates the pressure on the nozzle. A locking function is implemented. Additional installation of an external electromagnetic valve allows you to automate the fuel supply mode, which simplifies the operation of the equipment.

The design has a heat-resistant design. The maximum fuel temperature inside the pump can be +90 degrees.

The pump can be built into a system with two or one pipe. When used in single-pipe designs, the bypass plug is unscrewed with a hex key and a steel one is installed in its place, closing the drain hole.

The main working element - the gear mechanism is protected from premature wear. A mesh filter is mounted at the inlet of the working fluid, holding any abrasive inclusions with a size of 170 microns. Fuel, passing through the mesh, is freed from mechanical particles, which ensures trouble-free service of the unit.

Please note! During operation, it is important to regularly wash the filter from dirt and change the cover gasket.

The Suntec J 7 CCC 1001 4P model has standard threaded ports and outputs for connecting measuring equipment and piping, made in accordance with ISO 228/1.

A screw regulator is located on the body, with which you can adjust the pressure on the injector in the range of 10-21 atmospheres.
