Description

The Suntec J 7 PCC 1001 8P burner pump is highly efficient and reliable equipment for liquid fuel boiler installations. It pumps fuel under high pressure at a rate of 287 l/h (at a viscosity of 5 cSt and a pressure of 12 bar). The pump includes a valve that regulates the pressure taking into account the specified parameters and ensures flow shut-off.

Suntec J 7 design

In the factory version, the Suntec J 7 PCC 1001 8P pump is ready for operation in two-pipe systems. The bypass plug is placed in the return hole for operation on two pipes. It should be removed with a key and hermetically sealed off the return drain channel when using the pump for a one-pipe system.

The design is designed for pumping fuel heated to +90 ºC. The main working unit is a pair of gears. To protect the mechanism, a mesh serviceable filter is placed at the flow inlet, which prevents sand, rust and other debris from entering the pump cavity.
