Description
The highly efficient Suntec J 7 CCC 1002 4P fuel pump pumps diesel fuel at a rate of 287 l/hour under a pressure of 20 atm. The model is basic and equipped with a control valve. The heat-resistant, productive device is perfect for equipping medium-power burners used for heating industrial, commercial and large domestic facilities.
Design and specifications
A special feature of this model is the location of the bypass hole. It is located in the nozzle line, as a result of which locking/unlocking of the flow is not provided. To implement the function, it is necessary to purchase an electromagnetic valve (separate application).
The pressure can be adjusted using an easily accessible screw. The adjustment range is 10-21 atmospheres. The use of a pressure gauge will prevent damage to the structural elements.
Standard holes with cylindrical threads made according to ISO 228/1 are provided for connecting measuring devices.
In the basic configuration, the Suntec J 7 CCC 1002 4P pump is integrated into a 2-pipe unit. If there is no return line, the bypass plug must be removed and the drain hole blocked.
The gear mechanism is protected from the effects of abrasive impurities. A mesh filter with an open collection area of 45 cm² and a cell size of 170 µm is mounted in the suction line.
The pump has the following advantages:
high efficiency;
versatility - pumps diesel fuel, fuel with a viscosity of 2-75 cSt;
increased reliability of the design;
smooth pressure regulation in the range of 10-21 atmospheres;
standard outputs and ports for connecting the pipeline and measuring devices;
the ability to choose a wiring diagram - one or two pipes.
