Description
The Suntec J 7 PCC 1002 8P burner pump is designed to be installed on liquid fuel burners with a capacity of 400-3000 kW. It pumps fuel to the nozzle under pressure up to 21 bar. The capacity varies depending on the viscosity of petroleum products and the set pressure parameters (287 l/h at 5 cSt / 12 bar). The pump is included in the series with a pressure regulating valve. There is no electromagnetic valve.
Performance characteristics and features:
Pumped medium - diesel fuel, medium-viscosity fuel;
Setting range of pumping parameters: 10-21 bar (default - 12 bar);
For systems with an external solenoid valve with a shut-off function;
Nozzle outlet on the left;
Pressure regulating valve without shut-off;
Mesh with a cleaning area of 97 cm² and a filtering capacity of 170 μm;
1/2 inch suction/return connection holes;
standard flange mounting, ∅ 54 mm;
easy adjustment of fuel pressure using a screw on the body;
highly reliable and wear-resistant design;
resistant to elevated fuel temperatures, up to +90 ºC;
any installation orientation (eliminate axle load);
ports for measuring instruments used when setting up the system;
automatic air bleed in dual-pipe systems;
pressure at the flow inlet/return line – no higher than 1.5 bar.
Pump design
In the factory version, the Suntec J 7 PCC 1002 8P burner pump is configured for a 2-pipe connection. A bypass plug is installed in the drain hole for operation on two pipes. For a single-pipe connection, the plug should be unscrewed with a key and the channel should be closed.
The key mechanism responsible for sucking fuel from the tank and feeding it to the injector is a pair of gears. To protect the gear pair, the fuel is freed from foreign impurities using a mesh detachable filter. The mesh needs to be cleaned regularly from accumulated dirt.
