Description

The Suntec J 7 CCE 1002 4P fuel pump is an excellent solution for equipping large residential and industrial burners with a capacity of up to 3 thousand kW. The increased reliability of the housing allows working with fuel at a temperature of up to +90 degrees. The basic model is equipped with a valve that regulates the pressure within 10-30 atmospheres.

Design and features

The pump stands out for its non-standard location of the bypass hole - not on the piston, but on the nozzle line. As a result, the locking / unlocking function is not implemented. It must be provided using an external electromagnetic valve.

The feed pressure is adjusted by turning the screw on the housing. When rotating clockwise, the pressure increases and vice versa. Use a pressure gauge to avoid equipment failure.

The gear pair is protected from the negative effects of abrasive impurities contained in unrefined fuel. Particles of sand, dirt and debris with a size of 170 microns remain at the entrance to the device. It is necessary to clean the filter regularly and change the cover gasket.

The pipeline outlets and instrumentation ports comply with the European standard ISO 228/1. The unit is connected to the engine using a flange, in accordance with EN 225. This standard is supported by the vast majority of burner manufacturers, which makes the Suntec J 7 CCE 1002 4P pump a universal solution for equipping boiler units.

Main advantages:

  • highly efficient fuel supply;

  • compatibility with burners of most manufacturers;

  • fuel cleaning from abrasive impurities larger than 170 microns;

  • universal purpose - suitable for diesel fuel and medium viscosity fuel, 2-75 cSt;

  • the possibility of installation in a system with two or one pipe.

Due to the lack of a shut-off function, we recommend buying the Suntec J 7 CCE 1002 4P fuel pump complete with an electromagnetic valve, at the price of a direct supplier.
