  1. Oil Burner Pumps

Description

The Suntec J 7 NAK 1001 8P burner pump is used to equip diesel, fuel oil, kerosene burners of most European manufacturers (Oilon, Weishaupt, Elco, etc.). It is characterized by a reliable design, high flow rate, resistance to high-temperature exposure, and installation variability. It is equipped with a valve that performs the functions of pressure regulation and flow shut-off.

The Suntec J pump is suitable for:

  • single-pipe and two-pipe systems;

  • working with medium-viscosity fuel;

  • devices with an external electromagnetic valve.

Working environment and performance

The pump is designed to pump various fuels with a viscosity of 3-75 cSt: fuel oil, biodiesel fuel mixture B10, diesel fuel, kerosene. The fuel feed rate to the nozzle depends on the pressure and viscosity characteristics of the working environment (see performance graph). Reaches 355 l/h at 20 bar and 20 cSt.

Features and benefits:

  • J series with pressure regulating valve with shut-off function;

  • without built-in solenoid valve;

  • in the basic assembly - for two-pipe connection (with a plug in the bypass line);

  • fuel supply under pressure of 14-30 bar, by default - 20 bar;

  • fuel temperature in the pump 0 ... + 90 ° C;

  • filter with an open area of 45 cm² and a cleaning capacity of 550 μm;

  • flange connection method, diameter 54 mm;

  • reliable threaded connection of the suction line and return drain;

  • pressure at the fuel inlet / outlet - up to 1.5 bar;

  • ports for connecting measuring devices;

  • installation in any position;

  • automatic bleeding of excess air through the return line.

Suntec Pump Operation

The Suntec J 7 NAK 1001 8P burner pump is equipped with a wear-resistant gear mechanism responsible for moving fuel from the tank to the nozzle. Before entering the control valve, the fuel passes through a filter, leaving sand, rust particles, and debris at the inlet. For normal operation of the pump, it is necessary to regularly clean the mesh from dirt. Fuel that does not pass to the nozzle is directed to the return line or to the suction, depending on the system parameters (with two or one pipe).
