The Riello QRB1A-A068B70B flame sensor is supplied with a rubber retaining seal, which facilitates its attachment to the burner. The sensitive element reacts to the yellow light of the liquid fuel flame in the visible range of the spectrum. The detector is suitable for liquid fuel burners with an intermittent short-term cycle. It is also capable of detecting radiation from foreign objects.

The sensor works together with the LAL/LMV/LOA/LMO furnace control unit, to which it is connected using a 2-core thermoplastic cable (the end is stripped, a tip is provided). Inside the housing there is a photoresistive element with lateral and direct visibility, protected from external influences and dirt. In addition to the flame light spectrum, the detector registers radiation from hot refractory bricks in the combustion chamber and other light interference, which must be taken into account during installation.

The sensor is fixed to the burner using a soft rubber insert. Due to this seal, it is securely held in the hole with a transverse groove. The guide spring facilitates easy selection of the optimal position of the sensor relative to the flame.
