Description
The Dungs GW 10 A6 gas pressure switch, article 272620, is designed to equip gas installations with a pressure of no more than 500 mbar to monitor excess pressure/vacuum pressure. The sensor is equipped with a reliable switching system, has a compact design and is easy to install. Made according to the EN 1854 standard.
Features
The relay operates on the switch principle. It closes the contact when the pressure reaches the set value and transmits a signal to the burner automation.
The response point is set by simply rotating the disc with markings. The adjustment range is from 2 to 10 mbar, response - 1.5 mbar. A pressure measuring nipple is built into the metal housing.
The cast aluminum housing protects the internal parts from mechanical impacts and dust and moisture. IP 54 standard. Electrical contacts are made of silver. The switch is made of polyamide, the membrane is made of butadiene-nitrile rubber.
A threaded hole Rp 1/4 is provided for installing the device in the system. The temperature range for stable operation of the relay: from -15°C to +70°C.
Advantages:
reliability in operation;
dust and moisture protection class IP 54;
wide range of operating temperatures;
easy installation in a gas pipeline.
Position in the system
The Dungs GW 10 A6 gas pressure relay is placed in a vertical position or in another orientation. Please note that when mounted in a non-vertical position, the relay is triggered at a higher/lower pressure compared to the selected switching point. The installation features are reflected in the specification, located in the "files" section.
