Pressure switch Suntec FSG 010

The Suntec FSG 010 pressure switch, art: 8181012010, is used in industrial burner automation devices. It is adjusted in the range of 2-10 mbar by rotating the adjustment disk with a scale. The working environment is gas of family I-III according to EN 437. The switch responds to changes in excess pressure and vacuum pressure, closing or opening contacts if the gas pressure drops below or rises above the set value.

Design

The Suntec relay housing is made of die-cast aluminum alloy (base) and gas-tight polymer (upper part). A setting disk with a transparent cover and a scale for setting the response parameters is installed on top. The contacts are protected from contact, dust and moisture according to the IP54 standard. Electrical connection is via a DIN plug.

The sensor-relay is installed directly on the gas valve. The connection is made on the Rp ¼" thread. The relay can be used at ambient temperatures from -15 to +60 °C.
