Description
The Dungs GW 150 A5 pressure switch, art: 272339, is used in industrial equipment with a working medium pressure of no more than 500 mbar. Monitors discharge pressure and vacuum pressure. Stable operation, easy to adjust. Compact, gas-tight sensor that meets EN 1854 standards.
Working medium
The Dungs GW pressure switch is designed to monitor air pressure, flammable gases of families 1-3 according to EN 1854, and neutral gaseous media.
Design and installation
The switch is assembled in a housing with a cast aluminum base and a shock-resistant polyamide cover. An adjustment wheel with digital markings is mounted in the upper part for smooth adjustment of the response parameters. The diaphragm is made of NBR rubber, resistant to abrasion. A ø 9 mm nipple is provided for measuring pressure. The contacts are made of Ag and are protected from external influences according to the IP 54 standard. A 4-pin DIN connector is used for electrical connection.
The microswitch of the sensor-relay responds to pressure changes. It operates accurately at external temperatures of -15...+70 °C. The relay can be mounted in any position. If the orientation deviates from the recommended (vertical) orientation, the sensor will operate at a pressure higher or lower than the set value. Fixing screws (M4 x 20 mm) and a ring gasket Ø10.5x2.25 mm are used for mounting on the gas valve.
Advantages of the Dungs GW pressure relay:
error-free switching;
wide range of parameter settings;
compact dimensions, easy installation;
wide range of applications;
gas-tight, shockproof housing;
protection against dust and moisture of class IP 54;
stable switching at low and high temperatures.
Application
The Dungs GW 150 A5 pressure relay is built into flow control systems for heating equipment, air conditioning and ventilation devices.
