Pressure switch Suntec FCG 500

The Suntec FCG 500 pressure switch, art: 8171010500, is an adjustable compact sensor for monitoring excess and vacuum gas pressure. Suitable for systems with a working pressure of up to 690 mbar. A digital dial regulator is used to adjust the response point, which does not require a pressure gauge. The relay closes or opens the contacts if the gas pressure drops below or rises above the set value. It is possible to change the response accuracy.

Design

The relay is assembled in a compact and robust housing. Made of gas-tight materials. The switching mechanism and sensitive membrane are protected from mechanical and temperature effects by a housing made of die-cast aluminum (base) and polymer (upper part). Dust and moisture protection complies with IP 54. During operation, moisture and sunlight must not enter the housing.

The sensor is attached directly to the gas valve. The Rp ¼" threaded connection ensures simple and reliable installation. Connection is via a DIN plug. The relay is designed for temperatures from -15 to +60 °C.
