Description

The Suntec AL 30 C 9537 4P 0500 pump is designed to equip heating systems for small areas of domestic and industrial premises. For automatic fuel supply to the burner, the pump includes an electromagnetic valve with a shut-off function, combined with a check valve for relieving pressure. The working environment is diesel fuel and kerosene.

Design and features

  • The gear mechanism is responsible for moving fuel from the tank to the nozzle line. The fuel is pre-cleaned from large mechanical particles - sand, rust, dirt using a built-in coarse filter with 150 micron holes. It is recommended to regularly wash the filter to prevent a decrease in pump performance.

  • The electromagnetic blocking valve is characterized by fast response, provides instant flow locking in any engine operating mode. When the EM valve is inactive, unused fuel is drained into the tank or onto the gear mechanism, taking into account the connection diagram. When the valve is activated, fuel is supplied to the injector under the required pressure. The supply pressure is controlled by the regulating valve.

  • The pressure parameters in the range of 8-15 bar are adjusted using the screw. When turned to the right, the pressure increases, when turned to the left, it decreases. To check the correctness of the adjustment, special devices are used, for connection of which ports are provided.

  • In the basic assembly, the pump is designed for a 2-pipe connection. To install in a system with one pipe, unscrew the bypass plug and close the drain hole. Excess air is removed automatically with a two-pipe system configuration.

  • The pump is connected to the engine using a Ø32 mm sleeve - a popular connection format among many manufacturers. The protective shell complies with the IP54 standard.

Advantages:

  • blocking function of the EM valve and release of excess pressure;

  • dismountable filter with a mesh insert for removing large particles;

  • easy way to adjust the pressure parameters;

  • ports for measuring equipment;

  • Possibility of installation in systems with one or two pipes.

Affordable and reliable pump Suntec AL 30 C 9537 4P 0500 is designed to equip WEISHAUPT burners. After the pump, it is recommended to install a fine filter to extend the service life of the nozzle.
