Description

The ALE 30 C 9336 4P 0700 diesel pump is designed to complete equipment used for heating residential and commercial premises. A special feature of this series of products is the presence of an electromagnetic blocking valve with a built-in check valve in the design. This design provides the function of locking and pressure relief in the nozzle line.

Operating principle

The working element is a gear pair rotating counterclockwise at a nominal speed of 2850 rpm. The engine is connected using a sleeve method, diameter 32 mm.

Diesel fuel pumped from the tank is cleaned of abrasive particles of 150 µm and fed through a shut-off electromagnetic valve to the nozzle line under pressure from 8 to 15 bar.

Excess fuel is sent through a pressure regulating valve to the tank in a 2-pipe connection scheme or to the suction line in installations with one pipe.
