Description

The Suntec ALE V 30 C 9300 4P 0700 R pump, article number: 601857-WE, can pump diesel fuel and biodiesel under pressure up to 15 atmospheres. A special feature of this model is the electromagnetic valve with a locking function, which is combined with a check valve responsible for relieving pressure in the injector line. The pump capacity is 40 l / h at a pressure of 11 atmospheres and a fuel viscosity of 5 cSt. Universal fit expands the application possibilities of the equipment.

Features

The pump is capable of pumping biodiesel thanks to Viton shaft seals. Prepared for a 2-pipe connection scheme. When dismantling the bypass plug and installing a blind valve, it is possible to create a one-pipe system. Air in 2-pipe designs is removed automatically. The normally closed electromagnetic valve is located in the injector line and is characterized by rapid response. The outlet pipe for connection to the nozzle is located on the left side of the housing.

Design and parameters

  • The pump housing is manufactured according to the IP41 dust and moisture protection standard. The main working element is a gear mechanism, which is responsible for pumping fuel from the tank to the nozzle.

  • The electromagnetic valve in active mode opens the fuel supply to the nozzle. In the closed position, the fuel returns to the suction line or is sent to the tank, depending on the connection scheme (single- or two-pipe system).

  • The gear mechanism is protected from premature failure by a built-in mesh filter. All abrasive impurities of 150 microns or more in size are retained at the inlet, preventing malfunctions of the heating equipment. To filter out smaller particles, the manufacturer recommends installing a fine filter after the pump.

  • The regulating valve maintains the pressure at the required level. The pump is adjusted to 9 bar. Taking into account individual needs, it is possible to adjust the fuel pressure on the injector in the range of 8-15 bar

  • A 32 mm diameter sleeve connection is provided for pump installation, supported by most modern burner manufacturers.
