Description

The AS 47 A 1536 6P 0700 gear fuel pump for the burner is presented by the French manufacturer Suntec. The device is designed to supply diesel fuel to the injector line under pressure from 7 to 14 bar.

The AS series implies the presence of a built-in electromagnetic valve of the "normally open" type, which is used to quickly open and close the supply channel regardless of the speed of the electric drive shaft.

The ANKAS company website offers pumps for burners of various modifications that are in demand in heating systems for domestic and commercial premises.

Device and operating principle

Diesel fuel from the tank flows to the clockwise rotating gear pair by means of vacuum in the suction cavity. During this, it passes through a detachable mesh filter with a working area of 6 cm², which filters out rust, debris, chips and other impurities.

After passing the gears, the fuel enters the discharge cavity under the electromagnetic valve, which operates in two positions:

  • Interruption: the fuel does not enter the injector, but is completely drained through the open bypass channel.

  • Resumption: the liquid overcomes the resistance of the shut-off mechanism, while the bypass closes the line to the discharge line.

Thus, in the AS series model there is no dependence between the process of supplying the working fluid and the number of revolutions of the electric motor.

Main advantages:

  • The fuel supply is controlled by an electromagnetic valve;

  • The presence of a standardized G⅛" port for the pressure gauge and vacuum gauge;

  • The Suntec pump is used in single-pipe and dual-pipe fuel supply systems;

  • High protection class against water and dust ingress into the mechanism - IP54;

  • Quick adjustment of fuel pressure with a screw;

  • The diameter of the thread of the suction and return line is G¼";

  • Low weight - 1.1 kg.

The Suntec AS 47 A 1536 6P 0700 pump with a capacity of 39 l/h is used in Weishaupt, Baltur, Elco, Lamborghini liquid fuel burners with a capacity of up to 1000 kW. Electronic control and preliminary adjustment of the device will allow you to automate the entire process of the heating system.
