Description

The French company Suntec presents a new gear pump for the diesel burner AS V 47 A 1636 6P 0700. The device belongs to a series of single-stage models with a shut-off electromagnetic valve. It is used to pump both conventional diesel fuel and biodiesel fuel with a kinematic viscosity of 2-12 mm²/s to the nozzle line of Lamborghini, Weishaupt, Baltur, Elco burners. The model also supports the function of adjusting the discharge pressure in the range of 7-14 atm using an adjusting screw.

Design features

  • To achieve high values ​​of the working medium pressure, a special mechanism of two gears rotating together from an external drive (electric motor) is provided. High density of connections and minimal gaps between the teeth and the walls of the housing allow creating a vacuum in the suction pipe. Fuel flows through a mesh filter with a cell size of 150 microns, and then to the injector.

  • The feed pressure is determined by the spring of the slide valve, which is tightened with a screw during the adjustment process. The electromagnetic valve serves to block the fuel drain channel, after which the fuel pressure increases to the set value.

  • The detachable mesh filter is designed for multiple use. After cleaning from debris, it continues to perform its function. For more thorough preparation of the fuel, an additional fine filter should be used.

  • EM valve controls the feed remotely from the burner unit;

All Suntec fuel equipment, including the AS V 47 A 1636 6P 0700 diesel burner pump, is made using modern metal processing technology. It uses seals and gaskets made of elastic materials that do not decompose from fuel and do not dry out during long-term operation. In case of their wear after the warranty period, the elements are replaced with new ones from the repair kit.
