Description

The highly efficient Suntec AS 47 A K 1613 6P 0500 fuel pump, manufactured by the French company of the same name, is the youngest in the AS line. This single-stage model can be adjusted to supply pressure of kerosene and diesel fuel in the range from 7 to 14 bar. The device is equipped with an electromagnetic shut-off valve of the "normally open" type, which is used to instantly stop and resume the fuel supply.

On the website of the ANKAS company you can buy a Suntec pump at a bargain price.

Design features

  • The main part of the Suntec liquid fuel pump is an unusual gear mechanism. It consists of two gears meshed together, one of which has an internal arrangement of teeth. The outer gear is driven into rotation by the central one by transmitting torque from the drive shaft.

  • To prevent clogging and jamming of the fuel system units, the diesel burner pump is equipped with a mesh filter that traps sand, debris and other mechanical inclusions with a linear size of more than 150 microns. For more effective fuel purification and to extend the service life of the fuel injectors, it is recommended to install a fine filter upstream of the liquid.

  • The operating pressure is set by tightening the adjusting screw of the slide valve. The bypass channel is locked by a 9-watt electromagnetic valve, which is supplied with voltage from the diesel burner control unit.

Advantages of the model:

  • wide range of adjustment of the pressure of the injected fuel - from 7 to 14 bar;

  • is used to pump diesel fuel and kerosene with a kinematic viscosity of 1 to 12 cSt;

  • quick pressure adjustment with a screw on the body;

  • instantaneous action EM shut-off valve;

  • connection to systems with one and two fuel supply pipes (return line for draining excess fuel into the tank);

  • standard outputs for pressure gauge and vacuum gauge.

Suntec customers are distinguished by the desire to purchase a modern and unified fuel pump for a diesel burner, which you do not have to worry about during operation. After all, it is the most reliable and durable among competitors' solutions, and the low power of the AS 47 A K 1613 6P 0500 is compensated by an even longer operating time without the need for repair. The long service life of the model can be increased by using repair kits and spare parts from the manufacturer.
