Description

The Suntec AS V 47 A K 7512 4P 0700 pump is used to equip low-power burners. The peculiarity of this model is its universal purpose - the pump is suitable for the safe supply of diesel fuel and kerosene. The pressure parameters are selected taking into account the needs, the available range is from 7 to 14 atmospheres. The electromagnetic valve, which acts as a locking device, quickly interrupts the flow and resumes the supply, at any rotation speed.

Design and features

  • The pump is mounted as part of the unit using a flange Ø 54 mm. Connection to the return and suction line is carried out using a conical thread with a diameter of 1/4 inch. For adjustment and readings with a pressure gauge and vacuum gauge, threaded ports Ø 1/8 inch are provided on the body.

  • Special shaft seals (material - Viton) in the pump design ensure safe operation during operations with kerosene, minimize pressure losses. The outer shell is made in accordance with the requirements of IP54 electrical protection.

  • The mechanical valve is responsible for regulating the pressure on the injector. The required pressure parameter is adjusted by turning the screw. The EM valve performs the function of shutting off the fuel and is characterized by its fast response. When the EM valve is inactive, the drain channel is open and the fuel is directed into the tank or to the gear pair, taking into account the selected system configuration. When turned on, the valve closes the return line.

  • The gears are protected from abrasive particles of debris, dirt, and corrosion products thanks to the built-in coarse filter with 150 micron holes, which contributes to reliable and uninterrupted operation of the pump.

  • It is important to regularly clean the filter from accumulated dirt, as well as replace the cover gasket to prevent a decrease in pump performance and prevent breakage. It is additionally recommended to mount a fine filter after the pump to extend the service life of the injectors.
