Description

The Suntec AS V 47 D 1696 6P 0700 pump is used to pump diesel fuel and a B10 biodiesel fuel mixture. The pump includes a solenoid valve that acts as a shut-off valve for quickly interrupting and resuming the fuel supply when operating at any speed.

Features

  • The pump is manufactured in accordance with the IP54 dust and moisture protection standard, which contributes to the uninterrupted service of the equipment. The nozzle attachment pipe is located on the right.

  • A gear mechanism moves fuel from the tank to the nozzle through a built-in filter and a pressure regulating valve.

  • A filter with a working area of ​​6 cm² retains all abrasive particles larger than 150 microns, which prevents damage to the working unit. To maintain the pump's performance, it is necessary to periodically wash the mesh insert from dirt.

  • The electromagnetic "normally open" valve, due to its placement in the nozzle line, is characterized by a quick response. When it is inactive, the bypass channel is open, the fuel returns to the tank or passes to the suction line, depending on the fuel line layout. In the active position, the valve closes the drain channel, and fuel is supplied to the injector.

  • The pressure can be adjusted to meet needs (7-14 atm.). The pump is set at 9 bar at the factory. The performance depends on the set pressure and viscosity of the fuel.

  • The pump is configured for installation in a 2-pipe system. To create a fuel line without a return line, the bypass plug is unscrewed, and the drain is blocked with a steel plug with a washer.

  • A Ø32 mm sleeve connection (European standard EN 225) is provided for connection to the engine, which expands the scope of application of the pump.
